1) What we do

We run an introduction service for adults (18+). We create profiles, assess compatibility, and introduce users one at a time. When both users accept an introduction, you can spend one Date Credit to receive a date, time, and a well-known public meetup address. We do not book venues or host the date, and we’re not responsible for what happens during or after the meetup.

What a Date Credit buys: one facilitated meetup (date, time, and public address) after mutual acceptance.

5) Cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling

Cancel ≥ 3 days before the scheduled meetup: the Date Credit is refunded.

If we cannot facilitate the meetup after purchase (e.g., the other user declines, no overlapping times, or comparable operational reasons), we refund the Date Credit.

6) Right of withdrawal

Date Credits are digital services delivered immediately after mutual accept when you choose to receive the meetup details. At purchase you will be asked to (i) request immediate performance and (ii) acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for that credit. This does not affect your statutory remedies if the service is not provided as described.

7) Safety & conduct

Use the public meetup address respectfully and act lawfully. No harassment, discrimination, threats, or illegal conduct. We may temporarily bench/suspend accounts for no-shows, abuse, fraud, or safety concerns. We are not an emergency or professional service.

8) User content & IP

You keep the IP in your profile content (text, photos). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, and display your content to operate and improve the service you requested.

Model training (opt-in): We will only use your content to improve models if you explicitly opt in. If you opt in, we will use it anonymised for that purpose; you can withdraw consent at any time in settings (withdrawal does not affect past processing already performed).

You keep the IP in your profile content (text, photos). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, and display your content to operate and improve the service you requested.
